1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Reservation and contact form: name, phone number, email address, preferred arrival and departure dates, and any message you write.
• Phone, email or WhatsApp contact: the information you share with us in the conversation.
• Technical data when you visit the website: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, collected by our hosting provider.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your inquiry and handling your reservation: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Complying with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Keeping the website secure: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest).
• Displaying the embedded map on our contact page, where you have given consent: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Who receives your data

• EmailJS: delivers messages sent through our contact and reservation forms.
• Our hosting provider: delivers the website.
• Google: displays the map on our contact page.
• Accountants and tax advisers, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of our service providers, such as our hosting provider and Google, are based in the United States. Where data is transferred there, the provider relies on safeguards allowed by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

• Inquiry and reservation data: for as long as needed to handle your stay and any follow-up, then for the period required by accounting and tax law (generally up to 5 years).
• Technical server logs: only as long as the hosting provider keeps them by default.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Storage that is technically necessary, such as your cookie choice, needs no consent. The Google Maps map is only loaded after you click “Load map” on the contact page and thereby consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” in the footer.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Polish UODO (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych) or the authority in your country of residence.
