These regulations define the rules of service, responsibilities, and stay at GlampingSantoczno, located at Kręta 5, 66-416 Santoczno.
By making a reservation, the Guest confirms they have read and accepted these regulations.
Guests are obliged to follow these rules throughout their stay.

Reservations can be made through our website, Booking.com, Airbnb, or directly.
A reservation is confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 30% of the total stay cost, unless stated otherwise.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than on the day of arrival.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the offer.

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible only upon prior arrangement and may incur an extra fee.
Guests are required to inform us about delayed arrivals.

Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Organizing parties without the owner’s consent is prohibited.
Smoking and open flames (candles, incense, etc.) are strictly forbidden inside the tents.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Guests are expected to use all facilities properly and maintain cleanliness and order.
Visitors who are not registered guests are allowed only with prior consent from the owner.
Each tent is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning — please use these systems responsibly to save energy and reduce environmental impact.
The high-power water heater provides comfort, but we kindly ask guests to use hot water mindfully, especially during peak hours.
Please switch off heating or air conditioning when leaving the tent for an extended period.

The jacuzzi and sauna are available to guests according to the schedule or upon request — please contact the owner for details.
Use of the jacuzzi and sauna is at your own risk.
Minors may use these facilities only under adult supervision.
Before entering the jacuzzi or sauna, please review the safety instructions and ensure your health condition allows for safe usage.
The owner is not liable for any health consequences resulting from improper use.
For hygiene and safety, the use of the jacuzzi is forbidden after consuming alcohol or in a state of overheating.

Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused by them or their companions on the property.
The owner is not liable for personal belongings left unattended in the tents or on the premises.
Guests are obliged to immediately report any defects or damage to the owner.

Staying with pets is only allowed upon prior arrangement with the owner.
Pet owners are fully responsible for maintaining cleanliness and for any damage caused by their animals.

Guests’ personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing services in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.
Details on data processing are available in the Privacy Policy on the GlampingSantoczno website.

All complaints and issues should be reported directly to the owner during the stay.
Complaints are handled individually, in accordance with the applicable laws.

The owner reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who violate the rules or behave inappropriately.
In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
